The Puppy Register
The register is maintained to assist owners of Kennel Club registered Parson Russell Terriers, who are also members of the PRT Club, to find suitable homes for their available puppies. This service is provided, for a modest fee, to PRT Club Members and at no charge to prospective new Parson Russell Terrier owners. A list of available puppies along with the breeders contact details will be sent to anyone who requests this information from the PRT Puppy Register and Welfare 2004 Co-Ordinator – see contact details below.
While the register aims to cover the whole country it can only include puppies at the request of their breeder and can not include ALL of the available litters bred in the country. Although Breeders are asked to notify the register when their pups have all been homed the register can not guarantee that any specific puppies are still available at any particular time as PRT breeders are busy people.
It is recommended that you discuss PRT health with the breeder of your prospective puppy as the PRT Register is an introductory service only and does not make enquiries of this kind nor does it accept any responsibility for the future health of a PRT acquired using this service.
Breeders are required to subscribe to the PRT clubs ‘Breeders Code of Ethics’ a copy of which can be seen on the PRT Club’s website.
From time to time the Register may also include details of slightly older Companion Dogs in need of a home.
